1 )Delivery
Where appropriate, Monthly Boxers reserves the right to make deliveries in instalments and all delivery dates are quoted in good faith. Monthly Boxers will not be liable for delays in delivery or failure to produce due to acts of God, acts of default of the Purchaser, or any cause beyond reasonable control.

2) Terms of Payment
3 month trial subscriptions finish on completion. Annual subscriptions recur until they are canceled. Annual subscriptions may not be canceled within the first year. All prices given include shipping and packaging charges, unless they are being shipped outside of North America.

3) Taxes
Relevant taxes will be added to all Monthly Boxers orders shipped within Canada. Canadian taxes will not be applied to orders shipped outside of Canada. Please note Monthly Boxers orders shipped to countries other than Canada may be charged customs or duty fees and the purchaser is responsible for these charges.

4) Privacy and Use of Information
Monthly Boxers is committed to protecting your privacy, and providing our customers with a secure, private, and enjoyable online shopping experience and will not rent, sell or share your information with any third party.

Information that you supply to us either by telephone or the internet will be used to process your order or to contact you regarding a specific transaction.

We will contact you by email to confirm your initial order. We may contact you by email for any other matters required to properly process your order. We may also notify you by email about new products, special offers and information that might be of interest to you. If you do not wish to receive these notifications, you may notify us by email.

General information that we gather from our web site may be used to improve our services and your personal experience. This data is generally used in the aggregate to give us information about the users who visit our site and use our services.
